Shipping

1. Aquadrip Inc. ships directly throughout Canada and the United States of America (48 contiguous states).
2. We ship all orders up to a maximum of 150lbs in weight via UPS STANDARD or DHL GROUND.
3. For all orders excessive of 150lbs in weight, the customer will be contacted to have alternative arrangements made.
4. Orders containing products that have large dimensions may have additional shipping charges even though they do not reach the maximum weight range.
5. Shipments normally leave our warehouse within 2 business days after receipt of an order. Orders must be placed prior to 2pm. EST to meet the 2 business day shipping terms.
6. Delivery via UPS Standard or DHL GROUND in Canada normally arrives within 2 business days after being shipped. Delivery via UPS Standard or DHL EXPRESS for the United States normally arrives within 4 business days after being shipped. (Aquadrip Inc. holds no responsibility for any delays in shipping caused by UPS or DHL)
7. Worldwide customers must contact Aquadrip Inc. to make shipping arrangements. Freight costs will be calculated at that time.
8. If for any reason Aquadrip Inc. is unable to fill any or all of your order, Aquadrip Inc. will refund any charges made for the unavailable item(s).

Damaged Goods

1. All goods leaving the Aquadrip Inc. warehouse have be checked and packed as to ensure that there will be no damage to the goods throughout the shipment.
2. In the event that your goods arrive in damaged condition caused by the transportation of the goods, a claim must be made directly to UPS (You may contact their claims department directly at 1-800-742-5877). For DHL claims call 1-800-225-5345.
3. Any reimbursements for damaged goods claimed are the sole responsibility of UPS or DHL not Aquadrip Inc.

Returns

1. Returns will only be accepted when our office is notified within 30 days of the purchase date and the return(s) have been approved by Aquadrip Inc.
2. Returns will only be accepted when accompanied by an Aquadrip Inc. approved return authorization form along with a copy of the original receipt.
3. Returns must arrive at Aquadrip Inc. in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Product removed from its original packaging is not be refundable.
4. All returns will be shipped and insured at the expense of the purchaser.
5. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods.
6. Should there be an error caused by Aquadrip Inc. in the product shipped to you, contact Aquadrip Inc. and we will supply you with a “recall tag” for pick up via UPS or DHL.

Changes to your Order

1. Aquadrip Inc. is quite happy to make any changes to your order prior to shipping.
2. Any changes made after shipment will be at the expense of the purchaser.

Customs, Duties, Taxes and Tariffs

1. All customers outside of Canada are fully responsible for any or all local taxes, import fees and brokerage fees that are derived from your purchase and receipt of goods from Aquadrip Inc.
2. All items that are shipped from Aquadrip Inc. via UPS or DHL to anywhere outside Canada will be brokered through UPS or DHL unless other arrangements are made by the purchaser.
